stir-fried glass noodles

How to make
1. boil a pot with water and cook your sweet potato glass noodles to the package instructions. drain and cut noodles with a scissor. set aside.
2. in the same pot heat up 1 ½ tbsp hot chili oil on medium-high heat. follow up with the oyster sauce and brown sugar. add in cornstarch slurry if needed for a thicker sauce.
3. toss in noodles and any extras and combine with sauce.
4. serve and eat immediately for a hot meal or can be eaten as cold noodles.
